Full weeks: Friday 4:00PM to Friday 10:00 AM
Weekends: Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 10:00 AM

Reservations and Deposits

1/2 of the rental amount required at time of reservation, remainder must be received 2 weeks prior to stay. Payment in full plus security deposit must be received prior to arrival.</p>

Security Deposit

$200 security deposit required. Due 2 weeks prior to stay.

Cancellation and Refund

Full refund if cancelling 4 weeks or more prior to stay less a $75.00 administration fee. If cancelling within 4 weeks of stay then a refund will only be given if another rental client is booked. Alternative open week may be scheduled in lieu of cancellation. We do not offer refunds for cancellation do to inclement weather, medical emergencies or other personal cicumstances. We recommend purchasing vacation insurance from a commercial vendor.
